The business's primary objective is to source finance from reputable financial institutions, to assist with purchases, and to negotiate facilities for extensions/refurbishments to Residential Care and Nursing Homes. Great Britian has an ageing population which needs additional resources to cater for the infirm and the increasing instances of dementia.
Additional areas of activity involve Hospitality and Commercial Development construction. The business is strategically placed on the South Coast near the bulk of Care & Hospitality providers. As an additional service to our customers we have started to locate various Care Homes that are being offered for sale. Our website has been designed to detail these properties.
