About the Business
A flat fee of £250 will become payable at outset. In addition, we will retain any commission paid by the lender. If the commission from the lender is greater than £750, we will refund the £250 fee paid at outset to you. We will tell you how much the total fee will be before you apply for a mortgage, but you may ask for this information earlier.
