The business was established in 1982 and is well known in corporate finance circles. Kinloch is regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Whatever transaction you have in mind Kinloch are committed to providing you with proactive advice and "hands on" support so that the transaction can be completed efficiently. We make deals happen. Primarily Kinloch deals with businesses that have turnover from £3m to £50m. Each client is supported by a director and senior member of the corporate finance team. Whilst our main office is in Leeds we operate throughout the UK and support our Greater London and South of England based clients from our office in the City of London. Our clients are usually undertaking transactions that are crutial to their future success and need the best possible advice.
