You will be introduced to your own personal Account Consultant who is supported by a dedicated team of Account Handlers. We hope you will develop a close personal relationship with them. It is their role to provide advice, execution or to sort out any issues that you might have. They are also there to help you to understand the increasingly complex and, at times, irrational markets.
