About the Business
Philip is a Chartered Insurance Broker, he spent over 30 years as a client servicer in the insurance profession working for major insurance brokers, and is a former President of The Insurance Institute of Bolton. He decided to use this knowledge and experience to set up PD Financial.
PD Financial focuses attention on providing clients with the old fashioned values of personal service and commitment, something that is not always available in this era of online purchases and "Call Centres". The business is built upon the premise that its continued success is dependent upon totally satisfied clients. Therefore the PD Financial commitment is to listen to clients, identify their requirements, and ultimately provide the optimum service. This is coupled to the use of modern technology, and access to state of the art product sourcing systems.
