The Judgment in X -v- The Estate of Y states: Mr. Cropper is an Independent Financial Adviser who has made a specialisation of providing advice to recipients of personal injury and fatal accident damages and, clearly, has become a leading expert in the field of periodic payment orders. Throughout this period PFP has provided expert financial advice taking into account these changes and has been at the forefront of development in areas such as periodical payments, personal injury trusts and bespoke investment planning.
