About the Business
I started working for a major Building Society at the age of eighteen and went through a management trainee programme before becoming the Society's youngest ever branch manager. I moved around the UK in various management roles with the Society before deciding to return to my home area of South Worcestershire, with my young family, as a consultant with a national insurance and investment provider. After realising that I missed the 'cut and thrust' of dealing directly with clients, which I believe was more suited to my interpersonal skills, I became an IFA based in the Evesham office of a large regional insurance broker. After an excellent grounding in this role I then moved on to become a partner with a smaller firm of insurance and financial advisers and opened my own office in Evesham High Street. I've now been an IFA for twenty five years and have continued to grow my client bank mainly in the Worcestershire, Cotswolds and West Midlands regions.
