About the Business
For most people, engaging an Independent Financial Adviser, particularly for pensions and investments, is likely to be the start of a long term relationship and as such it is important for both parties to get it right from the outset. Accordingly, to make sure the fit is appropriate, we always have an initial meeting, at our expense, so that we can find out about you and your needs and you, in turn, can find out about us.
There is no commitment by either party at this stage but hopefully, by the end of the meeting, we should each be able to decide if there is common ground and if so, we can agree the most appropriate strategy going forward, which would include how we are remunerated.
